PPC Stands for Pay-Per-Click, a model of digital marketing in which marketers pay a fee every time a user clicks on their ADS.
PPC is one of the types of paid search, it's similar to SEM(search engine marketing)but it includes display advertisement CPC(Cost-Per-Click) based and affiliate advertising.
It allows marketers to bid for ad placement in a search engine's sponsored links when someone tries to find by using keywords that are related to their business.
